VeloCare provides low-cost services for patients without insurance coverage. An annual enrollment fee for individuals and families provides for full benefits according to our VeloCare Fee Schedule.

VeloCare discounts apply for members only, and for services obtained at Velo Med Urgent Care. If labs or imaging studies are obtained at other facilities, the patient will be subject to billing from that company. Discounts do not apply to orthotic bracing or prescription medication dispensed at Velo Med Urgent Care.
Physical Exams and Occupational Medicine Services are not subject to VeloCare discounts.
