For patients without insurance, pricing starts at $150 for a typical initial visit. Procedures, including labs, x-rays and others, are billed accordingly. Physical Exams, including those needed for school, participation in sports, and camp, now cost $40. Occupational Health (employment) physicals are $75. We accept most major insurance plans. In addition, we offer our own VeloCare plan with discount rates for its members. For a limited time, students in 12th grade and below can obtain a back-to-school physical for $25! |
